Refund policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled at least 48 hours before the intended delivery date and a half refund will be issued. Cancellation of orders made within 48 hours of delivery will be charged in full.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If your order doesn’t meet your expectations or arrives in less than perfect condition, please reach out to us at summerlateevent@gmail.com with the necessary details, and we’ll ensure to resolve the issue and make things right.

Orders that have been returned to the Studio due to unsuccessful deliveries are no longer eligible for a refund. When this happens, you can have your order redelivered (fees will apply) the same day
